Scout Gear – Veterinary Technician

Hello, my name is Scout. I have been in veterinary medicine for over ten years and have been working with exotics for 5 of those years. Reptiles are my favorite to work with. Growing up, my grandmother did wildlife rehabilitation. I have an extreme knowledge base that grows everyday with my journey at Safari. I love that Safari cares for a variety of species and I am always excited for new professional challenges. I’m always excited to see my team in the mornings and all the amazing creatures we get to care for. The team work at Safari is incomparable. When I’m not at work I’m slaying dragons in D&D, playing hockey, or running with my pack of German Shepherds.
